Our Team

Clarisa Maria Mitria, UKBA (cert), BCBA

I am a London based BCBA with a passion for the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. I enjoy working with individuals with autism and other developmental diagnosis and my main focus is to improving the quality of life of each individual I work with.

I have been interested in human behaviour from a young age, which led me to complete a BSc in Psychology from Brunel University London and an MSc in ABA at the University of Kent. Studying for the BCBA exam and completing 2000 hours of supervised fieldwork improved my skillset, further preparing me to work as an accredited BCBA.

I worked in the ABA field for over six years with children with autism and other developmental diagnosis with ages between 2 to 18 years old. My experience was gained across multiple environments such as home, educational and clinical settings. I believe that encouraging learning and reducing behaviours of concern by implementing evidence-based and function-based interventions are significant in helping individuals live happy and fulfilling lives.

Laura Duque Martinez, UKBA (cert), BCBA

I am a compassionate and enthusiastic practitioner who thrives on learning about the most current ethical and science based approaches that can be tailored to the needs of each individual I work with.
I have always had a keen interest in behavioural sciences which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton and a Master’s degree in ABA at the University of Kent. I expanded my knowledge in the field by obtaining my BCBA accreditation.
I have 9 years’ experience working mainly with children between the ages of 4 and 16 in clinical, social care and school settings.
My goal is to support individuals with autism or learning difficulties in achieving their full potential by using evidence based strategies to reduce behaviours of concern and teach functional communication, social and daily living skills.

I am currently based in London.
